Injury update thread (first post for latest)

Martin Gramatica suffered a strained hamstring (apparently in his kicking leg). Gramatica is 2/3 on FGs (his sole miss was 50+ yards) and 3/4 on PAT during the preseason. Nick Folk could take his spot. Folk has kicked off well and is 3/3 on PAT and 3/3 on FGs.

TE Anthony Fasano missed the 3rd preseason game with a sprained shoulder. He should be okay.

T.O. had an MRI on his stiff lower back, luckily it was negative.

Stanback could actually cost himself a roster spot if he doesn't get healthy ASAP. With TO, TG, Crayton, Hurd, Austin, the Cowboys could have their 5 WRs. They have Austin and Thompson for KR and Newman for PR so I'm not sure where he's going to find playing time unless he wows in the preseason.

Stanback will be on the practice squad if anything.

Jerheme Urban and Jamel Richardson have been impressive during training camp, Isaiah is already behind them also

Stanback has made his training camp debut. He was said to have a couple highlight catches but needs a long ways to go as a receiver.

It is very possible Terry Glenn could miss the season. It depends on what surgery he choses.

The same goes for Greg Ellis but I dont know whats holding him up, he has been cleared to play for weeks.

Terence Newman and Kevin Burnett are game time decisions for sundays game.

I heard Ellis is fine. Let me do some digging. Glenn...yeah, it sounds as if that could be it for him.

Pro bowl center Andre Gurode and Safety Pat Watkins are going to miss Saturday's game against the Panthers.

And it's not an injury, but Roy Williams has been suspended for one game for yet another horse collar.
