Well, it may be a long shot, but the massive, massive deal of Larry Fitzgerald may have Anquan Boldin feeling like a second class citizen in Arizona and the rumor is he would like to move to a contender. He has listed the Cowboys as a team he'd like to play for.

Boldin is one of my favorite WRs in the game. And his stats speak for themselves...

2003: 101 catches, 1377 yards, 8 TDs
2004: 56 catches, 623 yards, 1 TD (10 games)
2005: 102 catches, 1402 yards, 7 TDs (only 14 games)
2006: 83 catches, 1203 yards, 4 TDs
2007: 71 catches, 853 yards, 9 TDs (12 games)
---
His per 16-game averages are absolutely insane:
97 catches, 1285 yards, 7 TDs

Imagine Terrell Owens on one side, Boldin on the other, and Glenn in the slot. Someone is going to be open.

I am a HUGE fan of Boldin, a physical reciever who is a big threat after the catch. Unfortunately, I dont see any way the Cowboys get him any time soon. Right now they are low on cap room, and simply using their draft picks will be fine.

1st 22- Cornerback
1st 28- Wide Reciever
2nd- Runningback

Thats how I see it playing out, with the possibility of trading for Pacman Jones along the way.

You're probably right. I can't imagine the Cards just letting him go without getting something impressive in return. The Cowboys do need to restock the WR position, though, as Glenn is a big question mark and TO doesn't have too many more dominant season in him.

Hmm... the 28th pick in the draft for Boldin? I'm starting to think this is more of a possibility. They can get more cap space by:

1.Cutting Terry Glenn, possible Akin Ayodele.
2. Restructuring some contracts (probably Romo's) to turn base salary money into bonus money.
3. Signing Barber, Canty and Hamlin to long term deals. Their tenders and Franchise tag cost more than what their base salary would.

28th pick? Hmm...I can't imagine us getting a better WR at that spot. But it would take a few creative cap moves.
